	James A. Pelley LVTI 1971 - 1979 Born in Lynn, graduated from Lynn English High School in 1935 and received his bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Northeastern University. Following his graduation, he taught at the former Lynn Trade High School before serving as the first Director of the new LVTI in 1971.
